Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are executed according to design plans and specifications.
- Coordinate architectural aspects of projects from the design phase through to construction, ensuring timely delivery.
- Monitor site progress and coordinate with contractors to ensure construction aligns with design intent and quality standards.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and other technical documents using software like AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM tools
- Conduct site inspections and report on progress, identifying potential issues or discrepancies in construction.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Coordinate submission of architectural drawings for approval by relevant authorities.
Job Requirements:
- At least Diploma in Building / Construction or equivalent.
- With 2 - 4 years of working experience in Park/ Playground project is a plus.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Able to start work immediate or within short notice period.
