Experience in RF engineering enabling technologies for RF power delivery to general plasma in process reactor. This is a hands-on role , responsible for supporting and improving existing semiconductor RF plasma processing equipment products and developing new products from new concept proposal, validation, hardware design and performance tests.
Requirements:
- PhD Degree/M.S. Degree with experience
- Familiar in basic lab test equipment/basic conductive and dielectric materials properties
- Knowledge in the design of the following components: ESC & Electrostatic Clamping, Chamber Design, and RF/Plasma
