Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all back-end business operations related to inventory to optimize inventory and service levels, ensuring customers have a seamless ordering/purchasing experience with the company. Collect historical data using statistical tools to forecast demand for different products. Place purchase orders with suppliers to replenish stock and minimize out-of-stock situations by actively monitoring stock inventory. Work closely with suppliers for timely delivery and expedite when necessary. Handle customer technical support cases through phone or email submissions, and communicate with suppliers if necessary. Maintain and update the product master database. Work with other departments on product-related activities such as product discounts, quality checks, etc. Collate statistics and generate reports.
Qualifications:
· Minimum Diploma in Business Analytics or relevant discipline.
· Minimum 1 years of relevant B2B industrial sales support experience
· Experience in stock management, analytics and logistical abilities
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Access and advanced skill level in Excel
· Understand basic technical terms from product drawings
