Job Scope:
- Analyze and optimize HR data to improve data quality
- Develop and implement data standards and guidelines across all HR data
- Address data related challenges and support HR processes
- Work with IT team to troubleshoot and resolve data issues, ensuring seamless integration and operation of HR platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve data related processes and workflows, ensuring that data management practices evolve with business needs
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in HRIS, HR Analytics or HR data governance and documentation management
- Strong understanding in HR data structures, processes and compliance requirements
- Experience in data optimization and roll out projects is a plus
- Experience in Oracle EBS, Workday, SAP is a plus
- Proficient with MS Excel, data manipulation and validation techniques
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
