Job Description & Requirements

Reporting to the Senior Manager, the incumbent manages the day to day HR functions as well as the administrative functions of the company.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in managing the full spectrum of Human Resource functions which include recruitment & selection, learning and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, HRIS, employee welfare and engagement etc.
  • Act as an advisor and counsel to the business units on HR matters and partner with stakeholders to drive and embed desired company culture and values. 
  • Develop, review and implement HR strategies and policies in alignment with business goals. 
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and compliance with the statutory requirements and regulations
  • Responsible for end-to-end employee cycle which includes all activities for recruitment, on boarding , training, performance & compensation management, grievance management and off boarding . 
  • Assist in the execution and management of annual performance appraisal exercise and preparation for yearly salary review.
  • Manage other ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives.
  • Manage and oversee administrative functions, including office supplies and equipment, management of contracts, lease or tenancy agreements, administration of employee’s insurance, liaison with vendors and contractors. 
  • Any other duties as assigned by superior

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration.
  • Good understanding of HR policies and knowledge of Singapore employment and industrial relations legislation
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven organizational skills, strong ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated, meticulous and able to multi-task to meet deadlines
  • Flexible and adaptable with ability to view change in a positive manner.
  • Candidates with experience in Talent Management have an added advantage
