About the Role:
You will play a pivotal role in delivering successful recruitment projects by establishing strong relationships with clients and candidates worldwide. Your responsibilities will include understanding job requirements, identifying highly qualified candidates, and achieving sales targets. Working closely with our experienced team, you will leverage your expertise to connect the right candidates with the right opportunities, build enduring relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth of our business. Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct executive candidate searches to fulfill clients' global business expansion and recruitment needs.
- Provide professional consultancy services to clients and candidates, fostering lasting relationships through effective communication and a deep understanding of their needs. Offer valuable career and recruitment advice, as well as market insights, to candidates and clients.
- Manage the full spectrum of recruitment services, from initial client and candidate meetings to candidate assessment and identification, presenting suitable candidates to clients, facilitating the entire hiring process, and skillfully negotiating offers.
- Achieve business sales targets by developing new opportunities with existing and potential clients, driving sales revenue, and contributing to the overall growth of our organization.
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a bachelor's degree, preferably with a major in a relevant sector. Previous experience of 2-5 years in the recruitment industry or a related industry sector is a plus.
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment, fueled by a passion for exceeding targets.
- Is a team player, eager to learn, with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. You actively expand your professional network and effortlessly collaborate across diverse cultures and markets.
- Possesses exceptional presentation and influencing skills, providing professional and friendly advice to clients and candidates alike.
- Is fluent in English and Mandarin, as it is essential for handling international deals.
