Human Resource
- Recruitment activities: advertise job vacancies, screen candidates, schedule job interviews and assisting in interview process.
- Orientate new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
- Processing monthly payroll and CPF submission.
- Staff welfare/benefits administration including medical/travel insurance, Company activities, medical/transport claims and etc.
- Work Pass Administration, update for Ministry of Manpower
- Record maintenance for staff leave of absence, overtime record, employment status, contact details and similar record.
- Staff income tax submission.
- Staff-Cessation related tasks.
- Annual compensation exercise.
- Prepare employment letter, confirmation letter and others employment-related letter.
- Organise Company events.
Administration
- Follow up on engineer service report and update of charges accordingly.
- Generate monthly or ad-hoc service summary report for maintenance contract customers.
- General office admin duties like ordering office supplies, stationery and refreshment.
- Assist in preparation and submission for government claims.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or A-level education level.
- Preferably good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and the Singapore Labor Law.
- Independent worker, a team player and able to multi-task with minimal supervision .
- Able to deal with people of different levels, internal and external.
- Proficient in Excel, Word and preferably Easypay software.
- Tactful, meticulous and people-oriented.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
