Job Responsibilities:
Data Configuration:
· Complete the configuration of data for integrated supervisory control systems to ensure smooth operation and integration.
· Customize and develop configuration software, optimize system performance and user experience.
· Propose and implement improvement plans based on feedback to continuously enhance the efficiency of the configuration process.
Quality Control and Testing:
· Diagnose and resolve problems related to site and SDV testing, provide effective solutions and follow-ups.
· Conduct initial testing of configuration projects, fix issues, and ensure outputs meet quality standards and client’s requirements.
Design:
· Analyse the technical requirements and specifications for database and schematics, create and update technical documents.
· Coordinate with team members to develop execution plan and confirm responsibilities.
· Estimate the change requests, and provide technical solutions with minimal cost.
Other Tasks:
· Troubleshooting, deployment on-site, and other tasks assigned by superiors, adapting flexibly to project needs.
Job Requirements:
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with basic Linux systems and proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Suite)
Language Skills:
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese. Strong negotiation skills are preferred.
Problem-Solving:
Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Attitude:
Willingness to learn new skills, take responsibility for follow-up tasks, communicate with different teams, and handle urgent issues outside regular work hours if needed.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
· 1-3 years of relevant work experience. Rail and Industrial Automation sectors are preferred.
· Familiarity with typical communication protocols, SCADA system.
