- Manage day-to-day operations related to order fulfillment, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution
- Develop and implement operational strategies in streamlining processes, improve productivity and lower cost
- Maintain excellent control of inventory in a few locations
- Coordinate with manufacturing team to ensure consistent product supply
- Identify and implement technology solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Detailed reporting of weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
Retail Operations
- Oversee daily operations and retail team
- Manage and forecast retail inventory and oversee stock levels
- Handle recruitment, training, and onboarding of new employees
- Identify current retail trends to adopt and study compeitive landscape
- Motivate retail team in meeting weekly/monthly sales targets and company objectives
- Analyze and develop sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Monitor retail expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and operational expenses
- Coordinate with the retail team to effectively disseminate information about changes in regular products, special promotions or festive launches
- Support retail marketing initiatives
- Oversee visual merchandise and optimize space
