Position: Assistant to the Chairman

Salary: 4,000 SGD/month

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled individual to join our team as an Assistant to the Chairman. This role involves providing comprehensive support to the Chairman and assisting with business affairs related to cooperative companies. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English and Japanese, with excellent communication skills and a strong background in relevant industries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Chairman, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with business negotiations and translation work, ensuring clear and effective communication in both English and Japanese.
  • Accompany the Chairman on business trips to Singapore, Japan, Spain, and other international destinations.
  • Support the General Manager with business affairs related to cooperative companies, including coordinating with stakeholders and handling relevant documentation.
  • Demonstrate strong business knowledge and familiarity with business etiquette to represent the company effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in medical, technology, or related industries, preferably in an assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in both English, Chinese, and Japanese, with outstanding oral and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience in business negotiation and translation, with a solid understanding of business etiquette.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
