We are looking to hire hands-on, reliable Finance talent with a strong operational finance background and an ability to handle the full spectrum of accounting work.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting and Accounting: Lead comprehensive financial reporting and accounting operations across all entities, ensuring timely management and statutory financial reporting with thorough financial analysis.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, including annual budgets and performance indicators.
- External Relations: Liaise with banks, external auditors, tax consultants, and corporate secretarial agents. Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
- Investor and Shareholder Relations: Support investor reporting and shareholder management.
- Financial Advisory: Act as a financial advisor to the CEO and management team.
- Work with stakeholders, the board of directors, and the CEO to plan for short and long-term goals.
- Proficient in handling inter-company transactions and reconciliation.
- Responsible for preparing group consolidated accounts.
- Oversee and manage a team of 2-3 accounting staff.
Requirement:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, or Accounting.
- Familiarity with legal, compliance, and business infrastructure
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Remuneration commensurate with relevant years of working experience
- Ideally come from an audit background and has property firm experience as well
- Comfortable to travel to Australia once every few months
