Roles & Responsibilities
1) Creating & maintaining filing systems
2) Dealing with telephone & email enquiries 3) Word processing, creating spreadsheets
4) Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports
5) Prepare & send outgoing faxes, mails & courier packages
6) Other administrative duties as required
7) Communicate and work closely with suppliers and office
8) unable to work on stress and tired
Job Requirements:
- If have WPOL knowledge is an advantage
-Need to know how to use excel,word processing and others is Microsoft office
-0-2 years of Administrative Experience
