Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Medical Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing strong relationships within the medical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively visit and engage with customers, including potential clients and existing accounts.
- Develop and maintain sales channels and customer resources, including agents, distributors, and terminal customers within your designated area.
- Build and enhance customer file construction to ensure effective management and follow-up.
- Formulate and implement sales promotion plans, organize promotional activities, and achieve set sales targets.
- Conduct market analysis to guide and enhance the market promotion of our products across various business segments.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a medical-related field.
- Familiarity with medical sales workflows and processes.
- Proven experience in medical sales is highly preferred, including a strong network and established sales channels.
- Excellent independent working skills, with strong social, communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and develop new business opportunities.
