Position : TCM consultant cum marketing manager
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the process of providing TCM services.
- Responsible for patient safety and patient care, and the SOPs that facilitate these objectives.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards including infection control measures.
- Participate in strategic planning and business plans.
- Handle, resolve, and communicate complaints and incidents.
- Prepare and analyse operational reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control of medical supplies and equipment.
- Conduct general clinic duties, such as patient consultations, dispensary work, and customer service.
- Oversee Health talks, Event & Campaign Management
- Promote and educate the public on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) through talks and outreach events.
- Create and implement marketing plans to promote the clinic’s services, including acupuncture, herbal medicine, aesthetics, and wellness treatments.
- Develop strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones, focusing on branding, promotions, and patient engagement.
- Manage the clinic's social media platforms and online presence, creating engaging content to promote TCM services and aesthetics treatments.
- Plan and execute online campaigns via platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
Key Skills:
Strong marketing acumen, especially in healthcare and wellness industries.
Project management skills to oversee clinic-related initiatives.
Excellent communication with both patients and clinic staff.
Familiarity with TCM aesthetics treatments and techniques.
Goals:
Increase patient numbers and overall revenue, with a focus on aesthetic treatments.
Successfully execute marketing campaigns and clinic projects within deadlines and budget.
Enhance the clinic’s brand presence, especially in TCM aesthetics.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in operations.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Bilingual proficiency (to be able to converse with Mandarin-speaking patients).

- Salary will commensurate with experience and educational qualifications.
- Working Hours: 10am to 830pm, 6 working days (Off On Sunday )
