Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure optimal placement of products on shelves and displays according to company standards and market trends.
- Regularly review and update product displays to attract and engage customers.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of products.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock rotation to minimize expired items.
- Implement sales strategies and promotions to increase product visibility and drive sales.
- Work closely with the team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and in-store promotions.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product information and recommendations.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and sales growth.
- Report on sales performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- NITEC / Diploma in Retail Services
- Previous experience in sales within a pharmacy is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
