The teacher aide will assist with lesson preparation, student supervision and other general administraitve duties. Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude are essential for working with teachers and students.
Roles and Responsibilies
- Assist in the preparation of apparatus, equipment and documents required for lessons.
- Maintain general cleanliness of equipment and workplace.
- Simple administrative and office duties.
- Data entry, checking and consolidation of documents.
- Monitor and manage stock-taking of equipment and resource materials.
- Operate and maintain basic office equipment and material.
- Attending to School General Office front-desk duties.
- Any other jobs assigned by the school.
Job Requirement
- Min. GCE ‘O’ Level or its equivalent.
- Relevant experience in a school setting.
- Good communication and inter-personal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Certified Standard First Aid will have an advantage.
- Ability to tend to young children with patience and care.
