JOB SUMMARY


Passionate and experienced HR Generalist, with a primary focus on Learning & Development (L&D) and Employee Welfare. Fostering a culture of continuous learning and development while ensuring employee well-being and a positive work environment.


JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


  •  Craft, deliver & conduct L&D programs aligned with business goals & employee needs (Success & Retention)
  •  Identify skill gaps and training needs through analysis and employee feedback.
  •  Source and manage external training providers and internal learning resources.
  •  Track and measure the effectiveness of L&D programs, demonstrating the impact on employee performance and business success.
  •  Stay current on industry trends and best practices in L&D.
  •  Develop & manage employee wellness programs, promoting physical & mental well-being.
  •  Plan engaging activities to foster a positive company culture.
  •  Organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment and company culture.
  •  Lead a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  •  Provide ongoing HR support & answer employee inquiries.
  •  Any other job assigned by the superior.

Skills Required (Must Have)

  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing L&D programs.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track and measure the impact of L&D initiatives on employee performance and business success (linking L&D to success factors).
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices in instructional design.
  • Experience in managing employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Skills Required (Good to Have)

  • Experience in talent retention strategies and ability to demonstrate the link between L&D programs and employee retention (talent retention).
  • Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS).
  • Experience with Training design methodologies (ACTA, ACLP, or TTT) is a plus.
  • Project management experience.
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulations.
