JOB SUMMARY
Passionate and experienced HR Generalist, with a primary focus on Learning & Development (L&D) and Employee Welfare. Fostering a culture of continuous learning and development while ensuring employee well-being and a positive work environment.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Craft, deliver & conduct L&D programs aligned with business goals & employee needs (Success & Retention)
- Identify skill gaps and training needs through analysis and employee feedback.
- Source and manage external training providers and internal learning resources.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of L&D programs, demonstrating the impact on employee performance and business success.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in L&D.
- Develop & manage employee wellness programs, promoting physical & mental well-being.
- Plan engaging activities to foster a positive company culture.
- Organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment and company culture.
- Lead a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Provide ongoing HR support & answer employee inquiries.
- Any other job assigned by the superior.
Skills Required (Must Have)
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing L&D programs.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track and measure the impact of L&D initiatives on employee performance and business success (linking L&D to success factors).
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices in instructional design.
- Experience in managing employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills Required (Good to Have)
- Experience in talent retention strategies and ability to demonstrate the link between L&D programs and employee retention (talent retention).
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS).
- Experience with Training design methodologies (ACTA, ACLP, or TTT) is a plus.
- Project management experience.
- Knowledge of employment law and regulations.
