Responsibilities:
- Advise business leaders direction, strategy, policies, guidelines based on company’s development strategy.
- Be able to organize short and long-term human resources work plans.
- Liaise with team in recruitment, compensation, training, culture, and performance management to improve overall company efficiency
- Be responsible for building the core team and key business team members, and promote the core talent development plan within the company;
- Drive organizational change and innovation to achieve sustainable development of the organization, and assist the company in achieving its business and strategic goals.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from related fields
- At least 4 years of senior management experience required
- Ability to communicate and read in Chinese, as this job requires candidates to liaise with Chinese management and counterparts.
- Strong leadership and management skills, and the ability to lead the team
- Familiarity with relevant local laws, regulations, and policies
