Purpose of Job
As a Learning & Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our learning strategy. You will work closely with Heads of Departments (HODs) to identify training needs, analyze skills and competencies gaps, and develop targeted training programs. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or someone with minimal experience who is eager to specialize in Learning & Development, take initiative, and make a significant impact on our organization’s growth.
Job Duties
· Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with HODs to assess and identify training and development needs across various departments. Use the JobKred platform to analyze skills and competencies gaps and determine appropriate training solutions.
· Program Development: Design, coordinate, and implement training programs tailored to address identified needs. Develop and update training materials and resources to ensure they are relevant and engaging.
· Training Planning and Execution: Plan and organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Facilitate some of these sessions directly or coordinate with external trainers as needed.
· Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting available training opportunities and encouraging employee participation. Assist employees in setting and achieving their professional development goals.
· Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Utilize the JobKred platform to track learning progress and outcomes. Prepare reports on training activities, feedback, and improvements.
· Initiative and Self-Management: Proactively identify areas for improvement in training processes and take initiative to develop and implement solutions. Manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
· Administrative Support: Provide administrative support related to training, including scheduling sessions, maintaining training records, and preparing related documentation and reports.
Qualifications
· Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Learning & Development or Training are a plus.
· Fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience in Learning & Development or HR are welcome to apply.
