Furama RiverFront, Singapore is looking for a committed F&B Assistant Manager to join our F&B team that responsible for the day-to-day operation of the function. To assist the Restaurant Manager to ensure that the operation and appearance of the restaurant meets or exceeds designated efficiency and service standards. The key responsibilities will includes:
- Sets and maintains service standards; clearly describes standards, constantly compares performance standards
- Leads the team, motivates employees to provides positive feedback & reinforcement, effective listening, seeks out employees’ concerns & offers an to recognizes staff birthdays and other occasions
- Monitor the operation equipment; inspects and checks daily
- Organizing staff schedule
- Attends daily meetings chaired by the Food & Beverage Manager and disseminates pertinent information to his subordinates
- Solving guest complaints; call on each guest table to check product and service satisfaction, takes immediate action whenever necessary and ensures full recovery for future patronage
- Conducts training need analysis quarterly, identifies required training and initiates staff to attend training and conducts sales techniques training

- Thorough knowledge in Restaurant Operations, Food and Beverage Services in the Hotel
- Dynamic, Outgoing and Pleasant
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skill
- Strong planning and people management skill to lead a dynamic service team

- Able to commit shift work, weekends and public holidays
