Key Responsibilities
- Actively pursue new customer accounts and promote the full range of the company’s products and services locally or in asia. Travelling required.
- Manage customer accounts throughout the pre-sales and post-sales process, including handling sales inquiries, preparing and presenting quotations, and coordinating with operations and production teams to ensure goods are ready and delivered on time.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and product penetration plans to meet sales and business goals, including revenue, margin, and market share targets.
- Collaborate closely with the GM to prepare tender documents, determine pricing, and submit tenders promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships with key, existing, and potential customers.
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely product delivery and stay informed of product developments.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and summaries of sales activities.
