Job Scope & Core Responsibilities:
- To plan, execute, and finalize jobs for the company, according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- To coordinate project team’s efforts within available resources to ensure quality delivery of projects according to plan for the customers.
- Assist Senior Manger to scope each work/installation project in terms of project size, budget/cost to set project timeline, manpower and resource requirements and other agreed project deliverables
- Determine, allocate, and maximize available resources through project planning to ensure the achievement of project management objectives and profitability
- Manage project budget and project P&L responsibility for the projects he is assigned with
- Work out change or variance orders for discussion with and advice from Senior Manager when clients require unplanned changes to projects
- Prepare and manage project installation plan, work schedules, prepare and implement job procedures
- Maintain construction schedules and coordinate task-scheduling
- Maintains all records of job status, job changes and material flow
- Resolve project problems within guidelines set by Active Fire management ensuring budget is not exceeded
- Supervise projects team workload to ensure quality results are delivered on time and within budget
- Implement remedial actions as directed by Senior Manager when project issues surface during trouble-shooting process
- Leads, supervises, motivates, develops and appraise his direct reports
