1) Responsible for developing the sales and service business for:
- HASSE & WREDE viscous vibration dampers and spring dampers
- GILKES engine cooling pumps for diesel engines
- BAUER geared motors
- RAEDER VOGEL wheels and castors
2) To develop and maintain close relationship with our existing customers.
3) To assist customers on technical specifications, product usage and trouble shooting.
4) To identify service opportunities through visits to prospects and existing customers.
5) To prepare and submit quotations for service jobs and to monitor progress of all orders arising from the quotations up to delivery to clients and follow up on payment.
6) Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
