Finance Manager (Japanese Speaking, full set, Oracle system)
Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and reviewing works done by the finance team
- Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
- Liaising with external auditors, tax agents and banks
- Looking into strengthening current internal control and process improvement
- Creating Oracle NetSuite Standard Operating Procedures and system implementation
- Liaising with third party vendor for Oracle NetSuite support
- Assist with parts creation and stock reallocation as and when required
- Issuance of invoices and credit notes as and when required
- Assist in ad-hoc duties when required by the Managing Director
- Audit and financial statement preparation
Job Requirements:
- Experience of Fullset of financial tasks
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Accountancy or Finance
- Diligent with initiative and a team player
- Proficient in Oracle Netsuite
- Meticulous and comfortable working with numbers
- Able to multitask and perform ad-hoc duties
- Posses a keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
- Ability to stick to time constraints
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Oracle system
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in similar industry
- Proficiency in Japanese (both written and speaking) is required as this position requires the incumbent to liaise with headquarter
