Responsibilities
- Manage matters relating to the submission of government-required surveys and mandatory documentation.
- Responsible for training course registration, training grant application · Manage office and provide general administrative support to the company as and when needed such as office
- supplies purchasing and daily mails clearance etc.
- Any other duties/coordination works assigned by the superior and the management.
- Lead and manage development of staff within the department
- Review, update and communicate policies and procedures timely
- Participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives
- Assist in the preparation of monthly report and other presentations where required;
- Follow up with applications for meetings and conduct the recording of minutes;
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements
· Degree in Commerce or equivalent.
· Minimum 15 -20 years of relevant working experience in Construction Industry preferred.
· Independent candidate with minimum supervision & with a positive attitude.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Fast learner with a strong desire to learn.
· Proficiency in MS Office and Tally ERP 9.
