- Able to carry out basic M&E repairs and troubleshooting
- Provide building maintenance support and service in condominiums / high rise commercial complex
- Hands-on attendance to repairs and maintenance on electrical services, plumbing and sanitary services, ACMV systems and electrical control
- To ensure that the M&E services of the building are in optimal operation level
- To ensure that the M&E systems and Civi laspects of the building are maintained in accordance to SOPs and contractual terms
- To ensure services / assistance is rendered to tenants timely
- Other duties as assigned
- GCE O Level / NTC 2/3 or Nitec / HigherNitec in Mechanical / Electrical / Building
- At least 1 year of experience in maintenance of M&E systems and building facilities
