Mandatory Skill:
· 5+ years of experience in Genesys with Bachelor Degree.
· Good understanding with Genesys SIP solution and its integration with SBCs and Media devices/gateways; able to troubleshoot with knowledge of SIP signalling /Tlib and Media related RTP issues.
· Good hands on with end-to-end SIP cluster architecture and its configuration gateway LRGs, FQDN setup and troubleshooting.
· Good understanding and troubleshooting with GMS outbound setup.
· Good Knowledge with ORS routing setup with SIP cluster platform, able to troubleshoot with routing related issues.
· Good knowledge on Linux/unix, GVP 8.x setup and its components and troubleshooting with MCPs/RMs
Good to have:
· Understanding with Genesys Reporting solution (ICON, GIM) and SQL database.
· Understanding with Infra activities on data centre level, Hypervisors on Linux platform and shell script.
· Understanding with Pure Genesys cloud and multicloud CX Hands on knowledge with Rest APIs and Webservices.
