Maintenance
- Provide technical services to maintain and troubleshoot different computer and electricial systems.
- Perform Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work
- Attend and carry out Fault Finding and Diagnisis of systems breakdowns, both on a mechanical and electricial basis, with a focus on providing high levels of service and respond times.
- Follow Preventive Maintenance work schedules to specified standards and procedures and maintain all relevent written records.
- Maintain records of all breakdowns and repairs based on established ISO standards
- Provide day-day onsite and remote support on Computer Services, Communication Equipment, Networking, Hardware and Software Systems.
- Perform programming and engineering activities at various sites under maintenance, when needed.
- Follow up and close all incidents, issues and request timely.
- Ensure project and maintenance SLA (Service Level Agreement) and customer satisfaction levels are met.
- Assist in root cause analysis identified by team members together with team and Superior.
- Perform maintenance and operational matters as and when assigned by immediate supervisor.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electricial / Electronics Engineering and Mechatronics.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Possess at least Class 3 manual liciense to operateccompany vehicle for onsite support.
- Knowledge on computer server maintenance, network troubleshoting, basic software troubleshoting
- Knowledge on Firewall, backup solution and Anti-virus solution
- Basic knowledge on computer engineering will be added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with all levels of internal and external users.
- Willing to assume duties after office hours and provide onsite support, if required.
