Responsibilities
- Assist to guide and oversee of Customer Service staff to ensure monthly KPIs are met
- Daily night reporting
- Update and consolidate customer service team reports and data
- Handle customer experiences enquiries
- Assist to identify, analyze regards to operations and tele-communication issues of the Customer Service team and provide solutions and ideas
- Support in marketing administration, liaising with influencers, artwork design etc
- Manage and organize marketing files, documents, and records
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the marketing team
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and marketing events
- Ad hoc projects as assigned

- Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills and meticulous in work assigned
- Strong analytical skills and an eye for details
- Bilingual in good written and spoken English and Chinese (as required to liaise with Mandarin speaking colleagues and vendors)
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics
