Software QA Engineer (6 Months-9 Months Contract) - Can convert Permanent
Working Location: AMK@Link (Yio Chu Kang MRT)
Working hours: 8.30am to 6.15pm, 5-days week
Salary Range: $4,000 - $6,000 + Pro rated annual leave
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts for .NET applications.
- Design and execute automated tests using frameworks such as Unit, xUnit.net, or SpecFlow.
- Perform manual testing as necessary, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Identify, record, document, and track bugs to resolution using tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code quality from a testing perspective.
Requirements:
- Experience with testing frameworks and tools such as NUnit, xUnit.net, SpecFlow, Selenium WebDriver, Apache JMeter or similar.
- Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman, Swagger.
- Knowledge of database testing techniques and ability to write SQL queries for data validation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as automatic test engineer or similar role
