Key Responsibilities:
-Perform general administrative duties and provide clerical support to site personnel.
-Answer and direct phone calls and manage email correspondence.
-Input, update, and maintain data in databases and spreadsheets.
-Track and update daily workforce records.
-Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
-Provide administrative support to executives, managers, and teams.
-Assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
Requirements:
-Singapore PR or Citizens only.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
-Positive attitude and pride in your work.
-Self-motivated with keen attention to detail.
-Willingness to learn and adapt to changing environments.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
