Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement and Relationship Building:Identify and engage with potential corporate clients across various industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their training needs.
Conduct client presentations, meetings, and follow-ups to showcase the benefits of our customized training programs.
- Marketing and Promoting Custom Courses:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to market the academy’s customized courses and training solutions.
Work closely with the curriculum development team to understand and communicate course offerings tailored to specific client needs.
Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our training services.
- Sales Targets and Reporting:Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and track the progress of sales initiatives.
Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:Collaborate with the curriculum development, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and training outcomes.
Provide insights and feedback to help refine course offerings based on client needs and market demand.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the training and education industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with corporate training solutions and educational services is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing or selling training programs, corporate workshops, or educational services.
- A network of corporate contacts or prior experience working with corporate clients.
