JOB SCOPE
As a Food and Beverage Waiter/Waitress you are responsible to deliver friendly and courteous services to every hotel guests and customers.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Greet all incoming hotel guests and customers who patronize the Coffee House.
- Responsible for the cleaniness and hygiene of the outlet and ensure that all guests are comfortable having their meals in the Coffee House.
- Assist in the setting up of function rooms for any events of the day.
- Set up the table with the appropriate eatery utensils to be utilised by the customers.
- Assist in the taking of Room Service orders as and when the guests made an order.
- Carry out the necessary preparation set up of morning breakfast buffet for the hotel guests.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess a Certificate in Food & Beverage operations.
- Possess a Food Hygiene Certificate from Singapore Training Institute.
- Possess at least one (1) year of experiences in related field.
- Able to work in a 6 working days environment including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
- Able to speak English to communicate with the guests.
- Able to speak mandarin is an advantage to communicate with the guests from China and Taiwan.
