- Provide friendly, excellent and professional service to all guests.
- Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
- Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
- Accepting payments for delivered items.
- Responsible for handling food and beverage orders and serving guests.
- Assisting the store manager in all areas of daily business operations, human resources, customer service and merchandising.
- Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
- Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
- Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
- Operating equipment and machines, such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.
- Coordinating, monitoring and reporting on daily operations.
- Recruiting, training and supervising employees.
- Managing employee schedules, conducting performance reviews and enforcing disciplinary actions.
- Monitoring and maintaining suitable store inventory levels.
- Assisting with the development of new sales and recruitment strategies.
- Ensuring the store environment complies with health and safety regulations.
- Maintaining a clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing store front.
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that store policies and procedures are followed.
- Assist fellow Team Members to perform preparation and setting up in the restaurants for service.
- Check that all amenities and utensils are properly stocked and inspected.
- Assist guests on their respective requests and deliver based on their ability.
- Possess knowledge to upsell, well-versed in all aspects of the menu.
- Support Restaurant Manager in achieving all goals and Key Performance Objective.
- Able to work opening and closing shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Self-driven with positive attitude to learn
- Highly motivated, customer-centric and able to work independently and a good team player at the same time
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Relevant experience in hospitality/F&B industry
- Relevant trade/industry certification is an added advantage
- Follow and adheres to Company SOP, recipes and policies
