- Manage daily operations on site
- Prepare for the commencement of new projects and ensure smooth process
- To conduct site visits and handle quotations and tendering of jobs
- Plan manpower for operations
- Conduct interviews for new employees
- Provide guidance and on job training to cleaners, ensure team member’s skill and service competency are maintained
- Manage inventory list, maintain supplies of cleaning materials and equipment and placing orders to maintain stock levels
- Oversee the servicing and maintenance of cleaning equipment
- Prepare periodic cleaning schedules, overtime, and attendance reports
- Handle feedback and complaints and update Operation Manager accordingly
- Respond to client’s request promptly and update when completed, escalate to Operation Manager when necessary
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Operation Manager/Management
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills and love speaking to crowds
- Outgoing, people-oriented, positive attitude, and great customer service
- No prior experience is required
- Good English and Chinese writing and speaking skills
- Minimum commitment of 1 year
- Good spoken/written English
- Singaporeans or PRs
