Inventory Analyst / Up to $4000 + VB + AWS+ Medical Allowance
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Collecting historical data using statistical tools to forecast demand for different products
2. Placing purchase orders with suppliers to replenish stock. Minimize Out-of-stock by actively monitoring stock inventory.
3. Work closely with supplier for timely delivery and expediate when necessary.
4. Handle customer technical support cases through phone or email submission, communicate with supplier (if necessary)
5. Maintenance or update product master database.
6. Work with other departments on product related activities such as product discount, quality check etc.
7. Collate statistics and generate reports.
8. Performs other related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
• Diploma or Degree in any discipline,
• 1-3 years relevant B2B industrial sales support experience.
• Experience in Stock Management.
• Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities.
• Competent in MS Office, MS Access skills are required, Advance skill level for Excel
• Able to understand basic technical term in product drawing.

· Working Days/Hours: 5 days work week, 9am to 6pm
