Job Title: Exercise Therapist

Job Summary:
Exercise Specialists work alongside physiotherapists to help clients rehabilitate post-surgery, recover from injuries, and return to their favorite activities. This service is particularly beneficial for individuals who require more specialized support during their recovery process.
As a member of a multi-disciplinary team, your role is to assist clients in improving their movement and overall quality of life through exercise. Working under the guidance of the case and team leads, you will focus on helping clients complete their rehabilitation journey by providing tailored exercise planning and instruction. Effective communication with both the team and clients is crucial. This position reports to the lead of the Functional Rehab department.
Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the in-house training program within two attempts.
- Build strong relationships with case leads to receive referrals.
- Develop exercise plans and sessions in consultation with case leads.
- Support clients in completing their rehabilitation journey.
- Provide timely updates to the team on client progress.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic about helping clients with injuries achieve a functional level beyond their pre-injury state.

- Demonstrates a strong growth mindset.
- Holds a degree in Sports Science and/or a certification in Personal Training (ACE or ACSM).

Probation Period
6 months, with a possibility of fast-forwarding or extending based on performance
Note:
- After passing the 1st training module, you are expected to take 5-6 cases per week. Each session will last for 30 minutes.
- Upon successful completiong of in-house training, candidate is expected to handle 24-30 cases per month.
- The role offers a dynamic and challenging environment with high expectations. It is important to recognize the demanding nature of this position and not underestimate its requirements.
- There will be few rounds of interviews for this role: 1 via GoogleMeet / Zoom and 2 other face to face interview.
