职位职责：
1. 学术支持和生活指导为孩子提供日常学术辅导，帮助完成家庭作业和学校项目。
2. 设计和实施个性化的学习计划，以满足孩子的学术需求和兴趣。
3. 管理和监督孩子的学习时间，确保他们保持良好的学习习惯。
4. 提供生活指导，培养孩子的自律和自我管理能力。
5. 与家长定期沟通，报告孩子的学习进度和需要改进的地方。
6. 参加家庭活动，支持孩子的课外兴趣和爱好。
7. 辅助雇主处理一些日常行政工作，如定餐厅、机票、填写文件等
任职要求：
1. 年龄在25岁到45岁之间。
2. 硕士学历，教育相关专业。
3. 至少3年教学或辅导经验，在私立或公立学校任职过、有住家教师经验者优先。
5. 优秀的组织能力和时间管理技巧。
6. 良好的沟通能力和人际交往技巧。
7、 必须要有驾照。
8、 自己有小朋友者优先。
9、 精通华文和英文，能够用英文教育小朋友。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Academic support and life guidance provide daily academic tutoring for children, helping them complete homework and school projects.
2. Design and implement personalized learning plans to meet children's academic needs and interests.
3. Manage and supervise children's study time to ensure they maintain good study habits.
4. Provide life guidance and cultivate children's self-discipline and self-management abilities.
5. Regularly communicate with parents, report on their child's learning progress and areas for improvement.
6. Participate in family activities and support children's extracurricular interests and hobbies.
7. Assist the employer in handling some daily administrative work, such as booking restaurants, airline tickets, filling out documents, etc
Job requirements:
1. Age between 25 and 45 years old.
2. Master's degree in education related field.
3. At least 3 years of teaching or tutoring experience, with experience working in private or public schools and experience as a live in teacher preferred.
5. Excellent organizational skills and time management techniques.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
7. You must have a driver's license.
8. Priority is given to those who have children themselves.
9. Proficient in both Chinese and English, able to educate children in English.
