JOB SCOPE
Guest Relations Officer will assist the Front Office Manager in providing good customer service to guests and walk in guests.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Attend to guests enquiries, complaints and follow up on the complaints made by guests.
2. Assist in attending to guests check in and check out as and when needed when there is a shortage of manpower for the Front Desk Reception Officer.
3. Escort guests to their allocated guest rooms and show them the amenities in the room.
4. Periodically check lobby elevators, door and front driveway to ensure it is not overcrowded.
5. Assist in the billing of guests invoices.
6. Ensure that Bell hops and Doorman are available to attend to transfer the luagages of the guests from their hotel rooms to the Front Desk Counter to carry out their check out registration.
7. Perform other ad-hoc duty as assigned by HOD.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Possess a Certificate in Hotel Accommodation from SHATEC or any private training institute.
2. At least two (2) years of relevant working experiences in the hospitality industry.
3. Customer oriented and with good working attitude.
4. Able to work independently and as well as a team.
