Responsibilities
- Handle Accounts including AP, AR and GL
- Prepare monthly bank reconcilitation
- Prepare journal entries and posting
- Handle petty cash claims
- Prepare invoices and credit note
- Assist in month end closing
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement
- A Diploma or Higher Nitec in Accounting
- Proficient in MYOB and Excel
- Relevant experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Team player
- Ability to work independently with less supervision
- Able to start work immediately
