- Ensure communication flows appropriately between the various stakeholders to complete required operational activities (e.g., inbound scheduling, VAS, etc.)
- Daily joint planning with the operation head or Warehouse Partners PIC
- Monthly KPI reporting for internal and external purposes
- Generate ad-hoc reports for internal and external purposes
- Lead campaign planning with the operations head or Warehouse Partners PIC
- Inventory activities (plan and lead stock takes, ad-hoc checks, write-offs, damages)
- Attain vendor quotes for non-standard activities (e.g., destruction with certificate)
- Sort general issues (e.g., inventory, order, delivery, etc.)
- Lead customer calls and prepare required slides and reports required
- Plan and lead warehouse customer tours
- Perform manual billing
- Liaise with other departments in the company to resolve issues
- Process ad-hoc marketing and urgent orders
- Product photo taking upon client’s request
- Ensure extraordinary expenses are appropriate and go through a proper approval process
- Ensure costs are billed correctly and match the efforts required
- General support to the customers to ensure service levels are met
- Ad-hoc project support and tasks as assigned by superior.
