Electrical & Aircon Supervisor Requirements:-
Diploma / Higher Diploma in electrical / Aircon or a related field experience is strongly preferred
- Aircon knowledge is advantage
- Basic technical literacy
- Previous experience as an electrical supervisor is highly beneficial
- In-depth knowledge of the electrical industry
- Familiarity with relevant state and federal codes and safety requirements
- Strong leadership skills
Electrical & Aircon Supervisor Responsibilities:-
- Plan and schedule projects
- Supervise electricians and aircon workers as they work, providing guidance and instruction as needed
- Ensure that work complies with all safety requirements
- Perform electrician tasks as needed
- Estimate the time and materials needed to complete projects
- Maintain records and documentation relating to the ongoing completion of projects
- Initiative & Innovative needed
