Our client looking for a Temp Admin Assistant (3 months contract) to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries and record caller details for sales follow-up.
- Assist in preparing proposals and documents from Sales and Marketing information.
- Prepare invoices and monthly consolidated billing reports.
- Maintain and update filing systems and SWM software for waste information.
- Support the Customer Service Manager and Director – Sales with customer care, feedback, market intelligence, and coordination with logistics and operations to meet customer needs.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Customer service & Admin relevant experiences.
