Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing distributors of BYD commercial vehicles, which includes managing sales target, delivery of vehicles, marketing and homologation of vehicles.
- Assist in the appointment of distributors/dealers.
- Maintain good relationship & rapport with customers and local authorities.
- To assist in Sales Admin.
- Assist in business administration, billing and credit control Billing and Credit Control:
- Preparing sales invoices for billing to distributor(s) and customers.
- Issue payment vouchers from vendors to Finance Team.
- Administer overdue and outstanding payment term.
- Identify and recover outstanding debts of the assigned accounts.
- Pro-actively monitor receivables of the assigned accounts and explore probable solutions on difficult cases.
- Follow-up and responding promptly to payment-related enquiries and feedback.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies of the assigned accounts.
- Facilitate Finance Team with receivable data updates of the assigned accounts for month-end closing.
6. Assist in launch events for commercial vehicles, bi-annual LTA Congress & Exhibition and various EV related exhibition and trade fair.
7. Any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline.
- Some experience in Project Management, although training will be provided.
- Good communication skills.
- Good command in Mandarin and English in order to liaise with China HQ colleague.
