1. For your discipline and assigned location/scope, in order to ensure risk prevention/mitigation and ensure compliance with all standards, rules and other requirements imposed by Company, Regulators, Clients and other relevant Stakeholders, you are to:
1.1. Develop and maintain discipline-specific objectives, plans and budget based on the Group discipline strategy and location/scope-specific requirements
1.2. Cascade those to internal stakeholders across assigned location/scope
1.3. Monitor effective performance against predefined KPIs
1.4. Manage relationships with authorities, regulators and related third parties for the given area of responsibilities
1.5. Act as focal point with the Client and other external Stakeholders for your discipline and location/scope.
1.6. Review and endorse key discipline reports/deliverables
1.7. Drive the consistent implementation of the management system across your assigned location/scope
1.8. Ensure appropriate management of changes and/or deviations
1.9. Assign resources for vendor qualifications and ensure capability assessments and vendor audits are performed as necessary.
1.10. Develop verification/survey/audit plan and ensure timely implementation and close-out of related actions
1.11. Contribute to continuous improvements of the systems and tools, through feedback and lessons learnt in the discipline community and with Process Owners
1.12. Contribute to the Company Major Incident Prevention, raising Process Safety awareness across the RC, Project or Country/Region personnel
1.13. Involve and manage (sub)contractors to fulfil role requirements
1.14. Drive systemic improvements of the (sub) contractors management systems and align these with the RCs which are accountable for the actual performance on each project/unit
1.15. (Specific to Region/Unit) Monitor that Unit safety cases are delivered and maintained, in compliance with the client and Company’s requirements, codes and regulations throughout the life-cycle of the facilities
1.16. (Specific to HSSE) Manage the relationships with ISOS/Control Risks, in order to ensure medical and security support is provided to employees on assignment or business travel
2. For your discipline and assigned scope/location in order to embed a strong leadership and culture, you are to:
2.1. Translate objectives related to leadership and culture into concrete activities at regional, project or operations level
2.2. Actively contribute to the development of training programmes and communication campaigns and drive and monitor their implementation
2.3. Continually maintain an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge and preparedness
2.4. (Specific to HSSE) Support the PSM Champion of the region in raising the process safety awareness to promote Major Incident Prevention and Sustainability
2.5. (Specific to Country/Region Manager) Monitor quality and effectiveness of contractors related training programs

4. In order to ensure Company gears for the future in a sustainable and cost-effective manner by developing strategic partnerships in the countries in which we operate, you are to:
4.1. Develop and maintain partnerships and relationships with local suppliers (vendors) and potential subcontractors (yards, shipyards)
4.2. Act as key player in the supplier/contracting environment, participating in the development and review of the discipline capabilities in construction and project execution contracts, with contractors and suppliers
4.3. Conduct regional discipline capability assessments for major suppliers and contractors
4.4. Conduct pre-qualification and qualification audits for yards, local suppliers and vendors to ensure they comply with Company’s standards and client’s requirements
4.5. Provide advice and support to local vendors and yards in preparation for audits or close-out of corrective actions
