The Opportunity
- Work in reputable worldwide provider of legal and business provider
- Working commitment: Freelance basis (Candidates will be informed 2weeks-1month in advance for their commitment)
- Location: Central
- 1 year contract contract (can renew/convert)
- Up to 400~500 per day (depending on duration + Legal background knowledge)
The Talent
- Candidate with prior law background (Studies/Work) Exp is preferred
- Excellent command of English Vocabulary and grammar
- Exceptional hearing and comprehension skills is a must
- Min Diploma/GCE A level in any disciplines
Job Description
- Proofread all transcripts prior to submission.
- Produce high quality transcript in accordance with delivery deadlines.
- Utilize all available supporting information to ensure accurate transcription
- Ensure glossaries are kept up to date.
- Undertake cross-training on a variety of jurisdictions as directed by the business.
- Maintain familiarity with various audio playback platforms such as Liberty, FTR, VIQ
- Maintain close communication with other transcribers and Transcript Manager/Coordinator
- Maintain close communication with Monitoring team, providing constructive feedback on audio quality/logs when necessary.
- Action any feedback provided by the QA Lead Analyst or Transcript Manager in relation to quality or productivity.
