The Role:
· Strategic - work with general manager governance management team to design and deliver the strategic business growth plan from overall solution service provider perspective, including solution innovation/partner collaboration/solution delivery.
· Consultancy and Presales - Stay updated to industry trend, collaborate with R&D，partner ecology, sales and marketing teams to create compelling solution value propositions, to support continuous business growth and engage with our clients to foster long-term relationship.
· Solution Delivery - Build up efficient project governance and delivery COE, able to concurrently lead and manage digital transformation/ERP project implementation in compliance with related policy and regulations.
· Serve as key contact point in key client engagements throughout the project life-cycle, to provide expert advice and guidance to clients with best practices, to ensure alignment with client expectations.
· Professionally and culturally savvy with Global, Southeast Asia region and Singapore, Provide guidance and ensure compliance of Business.
· Experience and Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
· At least 20 years working experience related with Information Technology industry and Digital Transformation field.
· Experienced in cooperation with R&D team to identify and analyze market and technical opportunities (Such as AI/Data Analysis/RPA etc.,), build up strategies and capabilities to drive innovation and business expansion.
· Experienced in establishing consultancy/solution/delivery governance framework from zero with proven tracking record.
· Deep knowledge in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and industry.
· Deep engagement with digital transformation accounts regarding global business expansion.
· Adapt to a high frequency of business travel.
