Job Description
- Manage and oversee project planning and monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to work schedule
- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities
- Supervise staff & workers in relation to construction works, ensure progress adheres to schedule, quality standards are maintained, site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on a timely manner
- Identify and comply with all relevant statutory regulatory requirements
- Promptly resolve work delays, attend to emergencies and other interruptions
- Review method statements of work activities to ensure safe execution and maximization of resources used for job efficiency
- Prepare monthly site reports to update latest progress and planning to achieve project milestone
Job Requirement
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related fields
- Must have Advanced Certificate in Construction Productivity (ACCP) or Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP) or Certified Construction Productivity Professional (CCPP)
- Minimum 15 years in construction industry and must have at least 3 years of LTA (tunnel) project experience
- Strong leadership qualities with good analytical and communication skills
- Competent in planning & organizing work schedules and profound ability to deliver to timelines
