- Lead and manage a high-performing actuarial team focused on IFRS 17 reporting.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation and continuous compliance with IFRS 17 standards.
- Provide strategic insight to the Chief Actuary and executive team on regulatory reporting.
- Collaborate with finance, risk, and IT departments to streamline processes and enhance reporting accuracy.
- Stay updated with changes in regulatory requirements and lead the organization’s response.
Skills and experience required
- Fellow of a recognized actuarial body (FIA, FSA, or equivalent).
- Extensive experience in life insurance, with a strong focus on financial reporting and IFRS 17.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team of actuaries.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
