Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain and patch cloud application solutions deployed on AWS, ensuring optimal performance.
· Collaborate with other application teams, including Amazon Connect, ServiceNow, and Service Analytics, to ensure smooth operations of deployed applications.
· Apply the latest patches to resolve CVEs, adhering to project security policy requirements.
· Troubleshoot and investigate reported issues, providing timely resolutions in line with project SLAs/KPIs.
Requirements:
· AWS certification and familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure.
· Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and patch management.
· Eagerness to learn and adapt to new cloud-related technologies and skills.
